When it comes to top league stars, they carry a certain image and profile in the society. So, it is natural that they expect others to be aware of who they are. However, victory Venkatesh had a bitter pill to digest recently when his profile was given wrongly and that too by the media on a national channel.

Well, all this was happening at the recent IPL cricket match between the Deccan Chargers and Kings XI Punjab at Uppal stadium in Hyderabad. It is known that Venky is an avid cricket buff and he was there cheering for the Hyderabad team. Now, one of the channel anchors took few minutes from Venky and spoke to him.

While the talk was on, Venky name flashed on the TV screen and below was given ‘Singer and Actor’. This caught the attention of many and they were embarrassed to see how little few people know about Venky. And with a professional media avenue making a blunder by calling Venky a singer, many said it was an insult. Wonder what victory Venkatesh has to say to this.
