Amithab in Rajinikanth Rana

Two Super Stars Rajnikant and Amitabh Bachchan will back on to silver screens together after a long time almost 20 years. Bollywood super star Amithab Bachhan is going to share the screen space with Rajinikanth in his upcoming film "Rana".

Rajinikanth playing the triple roles in this film and it is a trilingual film which will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages.

Rajnikanth and Amitabh have been good friends for long time since Rajnikanth entry in Bollywood and have remained good friends over the years. Amitabh and Rajnikant have worked together in a number of Hindi films including Andhaa Kanoon, Geraftaar and Hum. The last time the two super stars shared the screen space was in Mukul Anand Hum in 1991.

Recently they met together in the audio release and premiere of ‘Robot’, in that film Amitabh daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was played the female lead role.

As per the sources Amitabh Bachhan is playing an important role and will be seen in a few scenes in the second half of the film. But other details about his character have been kept under wraps. So soon we will get more details.

We heard that Deepika Padukone, Vidya Balan and Rekha will play the female lead role opposite to Rajinikanth in this film. It will be directed by by K.S. Ravikumar and Rajni daughter Soundarya will be one of the producers of the film. Music will compose by A R Rahman.
